About Claire Norrish
Claire has carved out a niche for herself in the field of parenting PR as well as being an expert in publicity for complementary health. She is also a successful fashion PR having started her career in the industry over twenty years ago. One of her fashion clients won the category of 'best boutique' award at the London Fashion Awards in March 2008.
Her career began in PR in the late 1980's as an Account Manager at Caroline Thomas PR, (one of the major agencies of that decade) heading up fashion accounts that included Emma Hope shoes, couturier Jacques Azagury, Van Peterson Jewellery and Jerry Hall swimwear. She has also spent three years in the music industry in a creative capacity, employed by Sony Music as a Video Commissioner for the Epic and Columbia Labels. Claire also has experience in Event Management – she successfully managed several major fundraising events for cancer support charity Gilda’s Club including "Be a Bag"’, a fundraising campaign involving designer Anya Hindmarch.
After taking on her first freelance PR client in 2002 she now divides her time between a small number of premium parenting, health and fashion accounts.
